Manifestation: How to Build the Life that You Truthfully Desire

How often have you encountered the word “manifestation” lately? This has essentially become a buzzword online. It is the process of managing your mindset so that you can draw in the life that you truthfully desire. Amazing, isn’t it?

But I sense you taking a step back and asking, can such a practice really be possible? Can you actually manifest the life or goals that you want? I see this resistance and recognize how strong this is because I have been through this.

So let me share with you the important aspects of manifesting that I have learned. This way, you can resonate with these experiences, validate that these encounters are real, and discover your version of learning that will change your life. Read on.

Social Media Can Hinder Manifestations

When my business was still on social media marketing, I started as a very passionate and goal-oriented entrepreneur. But when I made a pivot to intuitive marketing and encountered massive breakthroughs, I also sensed strong resistance to the breakthroughs. These were displayed in making procrastination, lacking motivation, and just the challenging feeling of being unable to push through.

I noticed that this got in the way because of comparison. I compared myself to the people I encountered on social media, especially the ones that I know. I see them posting the houses they have purchased, the countries they have traveled to, or the amount of money they’re making. I often asked myself why I have not reached what they have attained. These trains of thought showed up just when I was making progress in my manifestation journey. So instead of thinking about the things or goals that I want to happen, I got stuck with my thoughts of comparisons which led to a scarcity mindset.

How My End in Mind Helped Me

At the height of these moments, when I entertained the debilitating thoughts of limiting beliefs that were revived in me the longer I stayed on social media, I kept on going back to my big WHY. I relive the reasons why I stepped into my social media marketing business in the first place. Because of this recollection, I begin to see my comparison as a way to bring back my old beliefs, but at the same time, create a space of compassion where I can see that I am truly happy for the achievement of my peers. Yes, they reached what they intended, and while I don’t see myself having what they have, when I remember my WHY, I felt a sense of genuine happiness for what my friends truly achieved in their lives.

Validating My Personal Success

I used to think that success is measured by material acquisitions or attaining a certain education degree or having a specific amount of dollars in your bank. But I have eventually learned that success is not all material things. You define your own success. I have realized that what and where I am now are exactly the things and experiences that I wanted to have for myself as a five-year-old. I am in fact successful because I have already reached the space that I manifested as a child. Part of truly manifesting is validating that your success is what you make, and not what others make for you.

Conclusion

I have only scratched the surface of manifestation so I’m confident you would want to listen to some more in this podcast episode. So head on to this podcast and let me hear your own stories of making your own manifestations in the comments.
