Cycle Management: The Key to Connect With Your Inner Self

Do you neglect your personal needs? As opposed to, say, going on fewer date nights?

If you have been overlooking your physical need to rest or get a break, then you’re missing out on connecting with your inner self, and consequently connecting with others around you. But there is a way to determine our own body’s cycle so that we can decide when to actually get a break without guilt.

I have invited my podcast guest, Kirsten Diaz, to share with us the important principle of cycle management and what it can do for our personal growth that directly impacts our goals, commitment, and career

So, how does one get started on the body’s cycle management? You can begin by building the layers of exploration into your human design and pulling up your body graph in order to determine your kind and the nature of your rest. Take note that you are responsible for your own achievements. As a result, it is your obligation to identify the unique talents, qualities, and skills that can give you a competitive advantage. Plus, it dives down to the best chance of having a successful career.

You must have a deep understanding of yourself in order to invest wisely in your career and business. Knowing oneself means comprehending the elements that genuinely motivate you to work hard and passionately every day to accomplish something significant and meaningful.

Cycle Management Helps Grow Your Career

Try to picture yourself as a projector who has been working continuously on a single project that has now been completed and is now in need of major rest. Once you identify your own cycle management, you can create your tasks around that cycle.

You can reduce your workload when you’re in your “winter season”. Adjust your schedule in line with the phases of your menstrual cycle. Perhaps your clients are off for the week so take time to align yourself with your purpose. When you are full aware of when your active and latent days are, then you can arrange multi-tasking days and chill days at work following your menstrual pattern.

This way, you can really capture your energy, and start layering with the spiritual and holistic parts if you want to go big.

Know When Your Cycle Peaks to Attract the Best Timing

Do you show up? If you do, opportunities will come to you. Likewise, if you want to network, go on dates, or just hang out with pals, then you should show up at a time in your cycle when you’re at the peak of your best self. The best time to interact with clients is during this period, which is also referred to as inner summer.

To identify when your inner summer is, you can keep track of the days when you truly started feeling anything from your body. Then begin connecting with it once you start getting those routine body notifications that you appreciate. After that, you begin to notice some clear trends. After perhaps two or three cycles of documenting those four items every day, you start to notice trends. It's amazing.

Take time to consider the types of activities you generally engage in during your peak, mid-level, and low-energy hours to see if you are making the greatest use of your time.

Takeaway: Assess Your Timing and Make Changes

You're taking a lot of action right now. This makes sense because it essentially redesigns all of the remote balanced and bound mastering capabilities. This includes a cycle management calendar to assist you in keeping track.

Although it will happen shortly, it is on a new level. You can start by observing what the moon is doing and the signs. As a result, you'll start to notice patterns that really emerge in your library that are simply mind-blowing.

Lastly, tracking your energy peaks will help you handle your timing effectively. That involves saving your most difficult or important activities for when you're at your highest points.
